Charmaine brings exceptional attention to detail and a practical, solutions-focused approach to her role at Access WA Migration. Her diverse professional background spans policing, forensic investigation, training, and workplace health and safety, providing her with extensive experience in managing complex information and working with people from all walks of life.
Originally from Southern Africa, Charmaine lived in South Africa, Swaziland and Malawi before making Australia her home in 2012. Having experienced the migration journey herself and established a new life and career in Australia, she understands firsthand the significance of beginning a new chapter in another country.
Charmaine enjoys the careful preparation and problem-solving involved in bringing each visa application together. She values being part of a dedicated team that supports clients as they take important steps towards building their future in Australia.
Outside of work, Charmaine enjoys spending time with family and friends, embracing life by the water and, more often than not, being lovingly bossed around by her much-loved dog, Lady.
Originally from the United Kingdom, Simone migrated to Australia in 1999. After building her life and career in Australia, she entered the migration industry in 2021 and has since become an integral member of the Access WA Migration team.
Simone leads our administrative team and plays a key role in coordinating each stage of the visa application process. She works closely with our clients and processing team to ensure applications are managed efficiently, documentation is carefully prepared, and clients feel informed and supported throughout their migration journey.
With several years of experience in Australian migration—and personal experience as a migrant herself—Simone understands that navigating the visa process can be both exciting and challenging. This perspective allows her to relate genuinely to our clients and appreciate their individual needs and concerns.
Creative, organised and highly detail-oriented, Simone enjoys contributing ideas that strengthen our services and business initiatives. Her careful and methodical approach is reflected in the way she coordinates visa applications on behalf of our clients.
Simone has developed a genuine passion for the migration profession and is currently undertaking formal studies in migration law as she works towards becoming a Registered Migration Agent.

Giulia joined Access WA Migration in November 2025 as the welcoming face at Reception, bringing with her over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry and a genuine passion for helping people. Her background in customer service has equipped her with the skills to create a warm, professional, and supportive experience for every client from their very first interaction.
Having migrated to Australia on a Partner Visa in 2019, Giulia understands first hand the excitement, uncertainty, and challenges that can come with the migration journey. Born and raised in Germany with Italian and Thai heritage, she has a deep appreciation for different cultures and enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life.
Drawing on both her personal migration experience and extensive customer service background, Giulia is committed to ensuring every client feels welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their journey with Access WA Migration. Cindy joined our team in 2025 as the welcoming face at Reception and quickly became an integral part of our client services team. With over 20 years of experience in the retail industry, she brings a deep understanding of customer service, built on a foundation of empathy, patience, and genuine care.
Cindy previously studied Travel and Tourism along with Event Management, and her strong people skills and attention to detail have always been at the heart of her work. Over the years, she has built a reputation for treating every client with kindness, understanding, and a heartfelt commitment to doing what’s best for them.
Her transition into the migration field was a natural step, driven by her desire to support people through what can often be a life-changing journey. After starting at Reception, Cindy quickly progressed into our Processing Team towards the end of 2025, where she gained valuable hands-on experience supporting clients and working across a range of migration matters.
Following the successful completion of her Diploma in Migration Law and Practice and the Capstone assessment, Cindy achieved an important professional milestone in 2026, becoming a Registered Migration Agent.

With four years of business studies, completed business traineeships and several years of experience as a Migration Processing Officer, Amara brings a strong blend of practical knowledge, professionalism and industry experience to her role.
Her diverse professional background includes working as a workplace trainer and within an accounting firm, where she developed valuable skills in administration, compliance, document preparation and client communication. Her strong organisational abilities and attention to detail are particularly valuable in migration work, where accuracy and a thorough understanding of processes are essential.
Having supported clients through the migration process for several years, Amara understands that the journey can sometimes feel complex and overwhelming. She is passionate about helping clients move through each stage with confidence and is committed to providing clear communication, genuine support and a positive experience.
Outside of work, Amara previously competed in basketball at state level—an experience that helped shape her discipline, teamwork and determination. She is now the proud mother of two beautiful girls and enjoys spending quality time with her family.
